All items are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our facilities. This means that ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves our premises. Hippo Manufacturing is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable freight carriers to arrange delivery. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Any specific shipping preferences must be communicated and confirmed at the time of order placement.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery location of the order. Costs will be quoted during the order process and included on your final invoice.

 

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is scheduled for shipment. While we strive to meet all quoted timelines, delays due to weather, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

 

5. Receiving Instructions

Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to Hippo Manufacturing within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect claims for replacement or compensation.
