At Hippo Manufacturing, we take pride in delivering high-quality grapple truck bodies and components, custom-built to meet your specifications. Due to the nature of our products and the level of customization involved, our return policy is as follows:

 

1. Customized Products Are Non-Returnable

All grapple truck bodies and components that are custom-built, including those made from AR450 steel, mild steel, or any other custom material or design specification, cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun or delivery has been made.

Please ensure that all specifications are accurate and final at the time of order confirmation.

 

2. Standard Products

In rare cases, if a product is not custom and qualifies as a standard, off-the-shelf item, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be approved in writing and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

 

3. Shipping Damage or Defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos and a detailed description of the issue. If the damage is confirmed to be a result of our manufacturing or shipping process, we will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders for custom grapple truck bodies may be canceled only before production begins. Once fabrication has started, cancellations will not be accepted. If approved, cancellations may incur charges for any materials or labor already committed.
